OUR HUGE YING-YANG EASTER EGGS ARE MADE WITH BOTH MILK AND DARK BELGIAN CHOCOLATE. The perfect compromise for milk and dark chocolate lovers alike. Each of the half shells are flavoured with raspberry and organic Peruvian cacao nibs.
All our Easter eggs are handmade by artisan chocolatiers in our chocolaterie in Birmingham’s Historic Jewellery Quarter so, any two will NEVER look the same. Because they are not mass produced by machines we make them with a thick shell. Handmade eggs are cast in two parts, which are then painstakingly melted and joined together after. Each egg is hand prepared and then placed into a wooden wax seal presentation box.
